DOT NET Developer/Programmer - Multiple Positions Available
Falgu is seeking beginner and experienced individuals for its .NET programmer. Multiple (permanent) positions are available at its client located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Provide application development and technical support on Dot Net applications. This position will be working within the full SDLC and be in position for growth within the organization. The applications are critical within the organization and will be recognized throughout a major organization.

Annual Pay: 45k to 65k
Requirements for a Dot NET programmer, must have a BA/BS in a related field. You must be exposed and have working knowledge on Dot NET technologies. This person must have production development using ASP .NET, VB .NET, C#, XML, Oracle/Microsoft SQL, Windows is advantageous.
The qualified candidate would develop and maintain technical information for designing new systems and changes to existing systems, and resolving problems and questions. Design, code, debug and install programming logic for existing or new applications. Direct and participate in analysis and design activities, evaluate alternate approaches. Prepare requirements and design documents for external/internal customers. Conduct and participate in internal design and turnover reviews. Understand and participate in each phase of the project life cycle. Develop work plans to ensure timely completion of all phases of small to medium size projects. If required provide on-call production support on a rotating basis. Assist users by answering functionality questions and follow-up on any software-related problems. Develop and maintain a good understanding of all business functions.

Primary responsibilities are the development and maintenance of our proprietary web-sites. Specific responsibilities include: creating database-driven web applications (in ColdFusion, and Oracle); and working closely with internal clients to determine project requirements. Ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, having the ability to interface with all levels of staff, as well as, strong problem solving skills. Must have complete knowledge of HTML, CSS, ColdFusion (MX on UNIX), JavaScript, and Oracle. College degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience web database application development.
