General Job Description:
- Develop new code and refactoring the current code base to improve and maintain current business systems in a portfolio of web applications
- Design and implement modifications to back-end relational databases in support of any application code revisions
- Extensive data processing, implementation of business rules/workflow, and report generation.
- Assist with design and associated documentation of new applications
- Implementation of application design
- Application Unit Testing
- Application Integration Testing
- Keep Design documents up to date as application logic changes
- Documentation of application user guides if required
- Issue resolution
- Provide Support for the new application
- Enhance and develop additional functionalities for the application
- Customize the application as per the need of different clients
- Occasional weekends may be required
Must Have Skills
- ASP.NET, C#
- SQL programming using SQL Server – Stored procedure, DB Design
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript
- Web Application Development
Preferred Knowledge on:
- .NET Core
- MVC
- jQuery
- Bootstrap
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of secure and high-performing web application development
- Experience in web application programming skills and design in ASP .NET, MVC, SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS, jQuery
- Able to develop web application with limited supervision and to adjust efficiently and effectively to changing priorities
- Advanced skills associated with software design, modification, implementation, and deployment, including object-oriented programming concepts
- Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can support those needs
- Extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL). Strong background and experience with MS SQL Server database platforms
- Knowledge of relational databases, software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures
